The key to health and wealth?????

This building has recently been fixed up and opened down in one of the areas we work in. I cannot get over the sign. It is called the Information Clinic and states that it is the "key to health and wealth." Even more frightening, it states that it can cure:

AIDS/HIV
AIDS symptoms
Diabetes/Sugar problems
Heart Disease
Head aches
Bad eyes
Shingles
Most Cancers
Epileptic Fits
Sore in and outside
No Power (which means weakness in Zulu)

It's funny in the sense that it is really operating as a business, however it is very sad that whoever runs the clinic is taking advantage of desperate people. I do chuckle at the sign each time I drive by...if only it were that easy!
