All alone!

While delivering our food on Friday, we arrived at one house and found two little babies all alone. They are 3 years old and were hovered together in a dark room. We tried to figure out where the adults were and were unsucessful. Finally, I realized that I had a phone number for one of the mothers. We called her and realized that there was a HUGE mis-communication. She would be home shortly and asked us to bring the girls down the hill to the neighbors home. They were safe and sound and in good hands as we left for the night.
