These pictures are of one of my favorite patients, Lucky. He is on the left in the top picture. He's in photos with his Mom and Brother. Also, his brother and his niece are pictured! He used to be a marathon runner before he became very sick with HIV. When he got to the Respite Unit, he could not move his legs at all. He laid in bed constantly and was very down. Over time, he regained strength and was finally put onto ARV's. He recently went home and is doing very well! What a great man!
